Block guide

Goal

Stage one
In the initial state that there are Anchor PAIR on both the U and D layers do Interchanging PAIRs Move of DIPODL , or do the move without breaking any Parallel PAIR, to place the edges as shown on the left.
Stage two
In the initial state that there are Anchor PAIR on both the U and D layers do Interchanging PAIRs Move of DIPODL Interchange on the R Layer, to make the 2x2x1 block , the 2x3x1 block .

Classification of positions of two edges without breaking Parallel PAIR moves

Here we restrict the discussion of so-called edges that are neither on EOEdge nor on 6PAIRs.

As shown on the left, the 6PAIRs will have three Parallel PAIRs, and you select two edges, which are represented by magenta below.

Two Parallel PAIRs, if there is no edge you selected between one of Parallel PAIRs , but there is an edge you selected between the other Parallel PAIR , it is called "Situation of Edges between Parallel PAIRs is different".

Two Parallel PAIRs, if neither of these two Parallel PAIRs has the edge you selected , or all of these two Parallel PAIRs have the edge you selected , it is called "Situation of Edges between Parallel PAIRs is the same".

The position of the two edges under 6PAIRs will be divided into the following three situations, none of which can be changed only by move without breaking any Parallel PAIR

First kind
Whether it is Parallel PAIR on the U layer and Parallel PAIR on the R layer, or Parallel PAIR on the D layer and Parallel PAIR on the R layer, Situation of Edges between Parallel PAIRs is different.
As shown on the right.
Second kind
Parallel PAIR on the U layer and Parallel PAIR on the R layer, Situation of Edges between Parallel PAIRs is the same.
Third kind
Parallel PAIR on the D layer and Parallel PAIR on the R layer, Situation of Edges between Parallel PAIRs is the same.

The second kind above can be transformed into the first kind with Interchanging PAIRs Move Interchange on the U Layer, and the third kind above can be transformed into the first kind with Interchanging PAIRs Move Interchange on the D Layer.

Here, select the edges , and transform them to the first kind above. When do Interchanging PAIRs Move, let pair stay on the U layer, and try to let pair go to the D layer.

Matching the center

6PAIRs which has Anchor PAIR on both U, D Layer, and one Parallel Pair on the R layer, The move does not break any Parallel PAIR, nor does it move the position of Anchor PAIR, it is impossible to change the matching of the edge and the center on the R layer or the L layer in the end.

The move that does not break any Parallel PAIR, but moves the position of Anchor PAIR as shown on the left can be used, and let the matching blue center to moves into the matching green center shown on the right.

After the completion, you can only use the move without breaking any Parallel PAIR and without moving the position of Anchor PAIR to achieve the stage one in the goal.

End

Under the restrictions of no breaking the 2x2x1 block and the 2x3x1 block of the goal, 6PAIRs and the base stage, there is only one way to move without going back, and the entire cube can be completed by following that only way.
